The success and popularity of the original Secret London – ‘Gaslights & Alleyways’ night workshop is quite remarkable.  Loved by so many photographers around the world, from all walks of life and from every skill level, they quite literally  sold out in a matter of hours with many people attending on two and sometimes three occasions!

With that level of interest comes the inevitable demand for more dates and new locations…So, here it is…Secret London II.  A new itinerary of brand new locations…and perhaps some old favorites!

Join me and Terry for a night of image making at some of London’s darkest, eeriest and most atmospheric courtyards and passageways…and of course, it wouldn’t be one of my workshops if there wasn’t one or two lovely gaslights! We meet at 21:00 hrs at Kings Cross Station. Working through the night into the early hours of the morning and finish at approximately 06:00 hrs where we will drop you back to Kings Cross for your journey home.

Terry will be teaching as well as driving on this workshop and will effortlessly transport us around all night along with our Bobby in their iconic black cabs leaving us as much time as you need at each location to hone your skills.

“Thanks for a fantastic course- one of the most enjoyable I have ever attended. I loved the locations. It must have taken some time to find them all. I have not done much night photography in the past and now I cannot understand why not. It has a certain magic and simplicity that i really like and I know I have to do more! My aims for the course were to get to grips with night photography and have one image I really liked. Amazingly, for me, I have a number of keepers. Of course, this might be more to do with your excellent locations than my skills! ”

“Thanks for the feedback Charlotte. Really enjoyed the workshop. The images would not be there if you and Doug hadn’t offered your great advice and taken us to some superb locations. Must do it again some time.

“Thank you both so much for such a fun night in London on Friday/Saturday. The organisation was faultless. I love trying different things and this certainly took me out of my comfort zone. The locations were amazing and so atmospheric; I just hope my images can do them justice. ”

“Charlotte, thanks to you and Doug for a truly amazing night on the town! The locations were fantastic. Exceeded my already high, expectations! Everything about the night was well thought out and it was great to have a short break in the small hours.

I shall certainly recommend the workshop to my pals and to camera club folk.

I was really pleased with the photos and enjoyed the whole experience.

Thanks again to you both Katrina”

“Hi Charlotte,

Just a short note to thank you once again for the workshop on Friday, it was excellent, again. Despite having run them for so long! it still takes your time and effort to make them as enjoyable and informative as they are for us. Obviously it was a sad occasion, saying good bye to Doug who has complimented you so well on the nights but a new era begins and I look forward to seeing you again on one of the “new” workshops. As the current ones have been so excellent you and Terry face a daunting task to make them even “better” but I am sure you will rise to the challenge and I look forward to the new offerings!

Once again thank you for a superb, well organised and managed workshop”
